2011 – New Trespa Design Centre Opens in Barcelona. The Trespa Design Centre, which will showcase design solutions by Trespa International and its sister-company Arpa Industriale, is set to offer a unique experience.
2010– Trespa introduces Trespa ToplabECO-FIBRE , a panel for laboratory and scientific use based on natural fibres with PEFC Certification answering the need for more environmentally focused solutions.
2008 – Opening of Trespa Design Centre in New York, a meeting centre for Architects and their clients. Displays feature leading Dutch designers and their work.
2008 – Introduction of the ZF-Panel size The largest panel in the HPL-Compact industry that increases design freedom by improving cutting optimization.
2007 – Introduction of Trespa Curved Elements, the first ever pre-formed curved HPL panels answering the architectural trend for more curved design of facades.
2005 – Trespa establishes its “Perspective” initiative – providing inspiration and information to Architects through innovation and a strong focus on design.
2004 - Trespa International Weert obtains ISO 14001 accreditation - as one of the first producers of panel products to receive such recognition.
2004 – Opening office in Singapore
2003 - Introduction of the Woodprint decors meeting the trend in architecture for materials with the natural look of wood and the longevity of Trespa. . .
2001 – Joint Venture in Shanghai is changed to a wholly foreign owned enterprise by Trespa.
2001 - Press 7 with possibility of 4270mmx2130mm panel size is put into production One of the biggest machines of its type with a state-of-the-art control room, specifically designed and built for Trespa
2000 – Introduction of Trespa Virtuon combining design and hygienic performance for interior applications in critical locations and first Meteon Facade project in North America
1999 – Launch of Trespa TopLabPLUS , the next generation of high performance laboratory worktops and the first Meteon Facade project in Shanghai.
1998 – Establishment of Joint Venture in Shanghai as presence in fast growing China
1997 - Trespa North America is incorporated .
1996 - Trespa International is acquired by HAL Holding NV and Press 6 is installed
1995 – Trespa International is founded
1994 – Trespa repositions its Meteon, Athlon and Toplab product lines. The company receives ISO 9001 accreditation.
1991 - TopLab is introduced as the new ideal solution for high performance laboratory worktops.
1988 – Trespa France
1987 – Commercialization of patented Electronic Beam Curing (EBC) technology with the launch of Trespa Generation 2 meeting increasingly higher standards for surface performance.
1984 – Introduction new patented production technology for core materials. based on wood fibres and phenolic resin, which partly replace the method of impregnating paper. This new process is known as 'Dry Forming.'
